Joe Scum-bag-o
thinks he can run for President.

There is no question that his ego is now fatter than his fat ass, and he's setting the tone, so to speak, for the day, since he's the first out of the box in the A.M. His ridiculous ego is fed by the 'crew' of slimy syncophants who are drawn to their paychecks like moths to a flame. He sees himself as emerging from the great RW War involving Palin, McCain, Pawlenty, and the rest of the detritus. He's already being sold as 'moderate', charismatic, engaging, regular-guy...all BS but you know the drill.

He's going to have to get past the Lori Klausitis stuff, but the RW is really really good at sweeping stuff under the rug.

1. If Republicans can impeach a President who slept with an intern ...
what COULD (not will) Democrats do with a "President" (candidate) who killed an intern?

Imagine if there actually was someone that Clinton killed ...

2. He'll have that smirk wiped right off his face in a debate
He's nothing more than a redneck in a suit. His show is floundering, his co-hosts look tired and they are giving Willie Geist more air time day after day.

I think MSNBC is looking for a way to get rid of him.

4. Really?
Are the ratings down? Personally, I think Willie gets more time b/c he's got the 'interesting' media news...people love that crap...Brangelina and all that, sports highlights, etc. Note that they did get rid of the sports minute with that idjit sportscaster...

Would love to see a bright person take over in A.M....

5. I saw a thread here yesterday (I think) that MSNBC was
changing up their programming once again. They keep trying different combinations of people at different times of the day. So far, they haven't touched Morning Joe's "team" or time. But I think it is coming - as I said, all the hosts look worn out to me and defeated. It's just a hunch.

6. That's quite a lot of hate and 5th-grade name-calling.
Yawn.

10. Joe Scarborough deserves it as he never mentions his relationship with the late Mrs. Lori Klausutis.
The married intern was found with her skull crushed in his Florida office.

Joe Scarborough never seems to mention Mrs. Klausutis.

Joe is scum.

11. Sort of how Clinton never mentioned Jaunita Broderick.
Nor did any women's groups.

What's your point?

16. My point is Scarborough has yet to address his relationship with Mrs. Klausutis.
The allegations concerning Bill Clinton's relationship with Ms. Broderick were used by right-wingers to smear him. Clinton was asked and discussed the allegations in public. Upon investigation, it was found there was no basis to them, specifically the question of rape.

Regarding Scarborough: Mrs. Klausutis suffered an unnatural death. Her case is largely unknown by the general public. A cursory examination of the facts shows she likely was a homicide victim and Scarborough may have been the person responsible. We don't know, but we should, particularly as he was Mrs. Klausutis' boss.

The reason this case is important for us today: Scarborough is a public figure who spouts off his reactionary neo-Confederate views on the tee vee.

Why do you defend him?

7. I cannot believe that anyone can stomach Morning Joe
If everyone would stop watching it would finally go away.

8. It takes 21 consecutive days to establish or break a habit. Turn off MSNBC in the morning
for 21 days and 2 things will happen, scums ratings will tank and you will feel less stressed.

Really, who needs mika mouse?

9. I've turned off all the news channels for months now.
It's great!

They're nothing more than feuds and spats with hosts from the other channels. And there's just not that much news. 24 hours of it? Nah.

It's sensationalistic bullshit -- Fox on the right, MSNBC on the left.

It's amazing to stay away from those babbling-head shows and a few months later hear about something that was "big news" while you weren't paying attention...and you realize it had ZERO impact on your life. None at all.

Everyone would do well to turn off all those shows.

15. This morning he was talking about his "friend" Mark Sanford
Sure Joe. It's bad enough being friends with the slime but admitting it on national TV is another thing.
