pay special attention to:

Item 7-j. "The defendent shall avoid all contact, directly or indirectly, with any persons who are or who may become a victim or potential witness in the subject investigation or prosecuti...on, including but not limited to: unless for business purposes only.

As I pointed out:

I would think that this order should prevent him from releasing statements through Mr. Breitbart's website, considering the Mr. Breitbart will, no doubt, be called as a witness. This O'Keefe statement doesn't seem to fit the description of "business purposes".

4. That's kinda weak.
I've seen worse restrictions and higher bonds for someone that got in a fistfight.

By the way, section (1) on the last page is sort of funny. "If you fail to show up to be sentenced to death, we'll fine you not more than $250000 and give you another ten years. You'll be dead, imprisoned, and broke. So there."
