Where will the Republican Party get their new "talking points"?
The President, in his appearance before the Republican caucus, shot down every single talking point that the Republicans hope will get them back the majority. The huge debt, the deficits, the socialist healthcare program, the "freeze" in spending, the across-the-board tax cuts. They have nothing left to talk about that has not been discredited or proven unworkable. Where will they go next?

Or will they still continue the same talking points, with the help of the media, and pretend the President never told them the facts about their claims and their ideas? If the media does its job, the Republicans have been put in an empty box.

2. If the media even tried to do their job we wouldn't be in this position
When they are allowed to say they proposed a budget during the melt down, but the media refuses to point out the budget was missing a key ingredient, FUCKING NUMBERS, an environment is created where any bullshit response is acceptable from the GOP.

3. They aren't worried
They still have right-wing talk radio, Fox News, and enough stupid people who get every thought they have ever had from both. You can't go confusing conservatives with trivial things like the facts or the truth. It has a way of getting in the way of what they have been told they believe. Any original thought they come up with on their own gives them a head ache. The only cure they know of is to take a dose of Limbaugh, watch Hannity tonight and call Beck in the morning. Then the next day Rush will assure them there, there, you don't have to think anymore. I will make the pain go away.

8. They';ll pretend they were never debunked and just go on with the repetition of propaganda
After all, few will have the attention span to listen to the reasoned debunking--and they have been deluged with the comfort of lies for years. We are a sick, sick nation.
