Isn't misrepsenting yourself to gain access to something a crime in itself? |
|
If you said you were a repairman or a police officer in order to gain entry into property and were able to get in; no force, no threats; I'm pretty sure that's still a crime, right?
If so, more charges should be added to James O'Keefe and the rest of the Lil' Plumbers.

1. Yes, I am almost sure that is false representation |

2. If it was, the fraud Gov George Walker Bush would long ago have been locked up for life. |

The guy pretended to have been elected. Then he lied the country into war and then enriched his cronies. And Holder covers up for the guy's torturer monkeys.
The Lil' Plumbers are in deep water. And so are their sponsors and at least one parent. The turd O'Keefe and the rest of his chums are nothing more than BFEE wannabes.

the primary charge. that they falsely represented themselves to gain access to a federal facility. that is a crime under the federal code.

5. I believe that it depends on the local or state laws |
|
It also generally only applies to professions like doctor, police, etc.
