5. That is SOOOO unfair.
The Democrats CAN "leap into action".

When the Failed Wall Street Billionaires DEMANDED a $Trillion Dollars, the Democratic Controlled Congress delivered in LESS than a week.

So anyone who says that Congress is "too slow" or "too partisan" to get anything done is full of BS.
When their wallet is on the line, Congress can strike faster than a speeding bullet.
