Biden's motorcade was involved in a crash in Vancouver. Thank God he is okay

VANCOUVER (Reuters) – Two people, including former gold medal skater Peggy Fleming, received minor injuries on Sunday when Vice President Joseph Biden's motorcade was involved in a crash at the Vancouver Olympics, officials said.

Biden's limousine was not involved in the three-vehicle collision and the vice president continued without incident to watch the U.S. women's ice hockey team defeat China, Canadian police and the White House said.

"Neither the vice president nor anyone else in his party was involved in the incident," Biden's spokesman Jay Carney said in a statement
