Attention rest of the Country ! Especially the Media: Gov Pawlenty is a Tool
Edited on Wed Feb-24-10 12:56 AM by annm4peace
I am so sick of seeing Gov Pawlenty on News shows and never asked hard question.
I am not a true politico hack and I'm sure the ones that are could add more to my little list.

why do they keep bring him on and acting like he is a Moderate.

1. He is a tool of the GOP. Norm Coleman wanted to run for Gov, but Cheney said no, GOP wants Pawlenty as Governor and you as Senator.

2. Pawlenty was behind in the polls, Wellstone's plane goes down, and all Republican candidates win.

3. As State Majority Leader he refused to vote for tax dollars for transportation that would have matched Federal Funds toward "Transportation". As a result MN lost the money to pay for road and......... Bridges. GUESS WHAT The 35W Bridge fell down. *

4. At CPAC he said God helps him govern, on the same day he Veto's GAMC. which funds medical care for the very poor, sick, elderly and Veterans of MN. **

5. He used anticipate Federal Stimulus funds to balance his budget, then condemns the Stimulus funding.

**** GOV Pawlenty is a joke. He failed MN and he will fail US.

The MN House and Senate passed a bill to reprieve the poor, elderly and mentally ill from absentee Governor Tim Pawlenty's un-allotment of the healthcare they receive through General Assistance Medical Care (GAMC). This bill passed the House 125-9. 38 Republicans voted on Friday to protect the poorest and those least able to take care of themselves.

Of course, Pawlenty faxed in his veto from out of town (CPAC convention in Washington, DC). Now, these 38 are being pressured to hold Governor Teabags veto as his presidential ambitions are more important than Minnesota's poor, elderly and mentally ill.

* the cuts to GAMC which gives aid to cities and county will result in Minneapolis's Hennepin County Hospital that was able to provide Trauma care to those seriously injured from the 35W bridge collapse will have to close if there isn't funding.

Here is some local reporting on the Timmy the Tool:

So Larry King, Rachel Maddow, David Gregory, hopefully not Keith Olberman... LISTEN UP!

Many of us in MN know that Tim Pawlenty has been the worst Governor EVER ! Ever! Evveeerrr!

2. What I want to know is how he WON? re-election
he was loosing til all those LATE ballots came in from Minneapolis and it's surrounding county "HecktoPay".

I too think he is the worst governor that ever happened. When I think of cutting social program money for schools, hospitals, health care to make sure the tax breaks for companies stayed in place I would "LOVE" to put my foot up his you know what. But I am too old to be arrested for assault. I can dream can't I. I think the day he leaves office we should all declare it a holiday and be sure the rest of the country knows it. I am starting a letter writing campaign to every single talk show I can think of and ask them why they even want this FOOL FOOL FOOL.. I AM GOING TO TELL THEM HOW HE TOOK A PERFECTLY GOOD STATE AND RUINED IT...sorta kinda reminds you a president who did the same to a country.

3. same mentality of the those who voted for Bush
Well he was the incumbent and ask they the shit hadn't hit the fan yet. The media was also really bashing and making mountains out of molehills out of what his competitor did.

It was sickening. and it is still sickening.
