Sidney Crosby: From a Canadian perspective...
...by Januanry 2009, I had come to the conclusion that his career was in all probability was going to be better than Gretzky's.

So it wasn't hard to intuit, who was going to score the winner in overtime.

I tip my hat to team USA/Overachieve and especially to team Slovakia. They deserved a bronze medal. Finland did to Slovakia what Slovakia came close to but failed to do against Canada.

In 2014 Steve Mason of the Columbus BlueJackets will be 25. Might beat out Luongo for team Canada's starting goalie...

1. We are lucky and blessed enough to have him here as a Pittsburgh Penguin.
Congratulations to Canada for their Gold Medal...and congratulations to the USA for making this a hockey game for all time.

4. They're all great for different reasons. I'm so sick of all that "greatest" silliness.

5. Congrats to a fine Canadian team.
I was also impressed by Slovakia, particularly in their near-comeback effort against Canada.
