what do the Dems have to counter this misinformation? When Bush was in office the liberal blogsphere proved an effective counter. Now other than the Daily Show and Cobert the Dems don't have any major news source that supports them or at least counters and offsets the right wing propaganda.

1. We have Obama at the podium.
He is effective at it and should speak frequently.

3. Re M$M...is Keith gone? Granted MSNBC's 'left' pundits are $trategic, but better than zip.

4. Olbermann's father is gravely ill
And apparently he's taking time off so that he can be with his father during his father's last days. Any one of us would likely do the same thing.

5. MSNBC's pundits may be on the left
but unlike FAUX news the network is not in the tank for the Dems. Consider Morning Joe.

6. That's why I specified that they use punditry strategically (good propagandists)
Which is to say, being a major defense contractor, the owners/manager haven't any actual, genuine interest in promoting views that run contrary to their aim$, but realized that since greater numbers of M$M are no longer reading/viewing, they'd better get some lefties in place (even just a little bit) to try to capture that demographic w/o sacrificing (obviously) the true intent of its overall, pro-war/pro-empire rhetoric.
