Per the link in the OP:
A group trying to put before voters a proposal to install slot machines at Ohio's seven race tracks has filed a complaint with the Ohio Supreme Court.
"LetOhioVote.com" asked justices to stop Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner from pursuing efforts to find out who funds the organization. They claim Brunner is applying different standards to their organization than are applied to other ballot issue committees.
After reading this, I am not clear what the major issue is... Perhaps the OP could provide some context as to why this is an important issue? :shrug:
