Am I simply reading too much into this, or do we as a group harbor some misgivings about Senator Bunning's obstructionism?

but tickets are going like hot cakes.

"There is no current plan to extend the exhibition, despite international demand," offered Darius Hoben, the Bunning show's curator. "If people want to see these works, they'd better haul ass in here and see 'em while they still can.'

Of particular allure in the show is a work called SLUG BUNNING, by Swamp Rat, featuring the visage of the clueless, likely demented junior Senator from Kentucky imposed onto the body of a tortured red-orange snail emblazoned onto a Louisville slugger ball-bat. The gift shop stocks inflatables of these SLUG BUNNING bats and kids of all ages are scooping them out of the bins and taking them home.

"Christ knows what they hell they do with them once they leave here," quipped Eva Astrell, the museum gift shop's assistant manager.

Swamp Rat, I have not seen you for such a long time! How are you doing? I was just this close to getting to NO for the Jazz Festival then I ended up in rehearsals for our last concert. I was so hoping to get there. I wanted to call you and have a drink or something. Maybe next year.
