2. The only people I see obstructing legislation are the Democrats
Edited on Tue Mar-02-10 01:56 AM by Oregone
Maybe the Republicans would...maybe they wouldn't. But they don't get that chance, because the Democrats fold every time.

4. I think it's clear as day when a Dem Prez+ a Dem Majority can get nothing done.....
Pretty clear that the whole "representative Democracy" thing
is nothing but a dog-and-pony show at this point....

The dogs are STRAYS, and the pony remains DEAD no matter the angle it is beaten from.

5. obstructed by who? Also, who twisted his arm to negotiate our right
to lower drug prices away and also the free choice part of healthcare. No one busting him to do that. He's doing that on his own.

9. Hey, I'm just asking him not to destroy Public Education and SSI, and not to expand the war.
He's not just "failing to fix" things; he's screwing us in ways no Republican would ever get away with.

12. Oh, the AUDACITIES!!!
Screw the OP of this thread- It's all a joke at this point.

I never agreed with whats-her-name's "princess spice" opinion
of you.
Princesses are a dime a dozen- you are an absolute QUEEN, mi compadre.

(BTW, fellow DUers - I have met Xchrom in person,
and he's got Clintonesque charisma, a winning smile,
and muscular upper arms the size of my frigging THIGHS.)

It's guys like him that make me -almost- understand
what my my gay friends are talking about, I tellyawhut!

14. Wasn't so long ago that we all LARRFED at George W. Bush....
Has anything changed since we last laughed at him?

Has the "Supreme Court" changed much since it SUSPENDED the ELECTION
and anointed the candidate who DIDN'T WIN?

The CORPORATIONS who are curently cumming in their pants
as they lay this nation's troubles at President Obama's feet
have solidified their power.

The revolution is OVER, "We the People" LOST without firing a shot,
and it was NOT televised.

The 'powers that be' are gonna put Sarah Palin
in the White House the next time around. Get used to the idea.

I can't figure out what they think is left to steal. We're bankrupt.

At this point, they're just re-arranging paper.

13. Palin is just another corporate media distraction
Corporate Obama + a corporate Democratic Majority = business as usual

$SEVEN HUNDRED BILLION DOLLARS for a few hundred of Obama's criminal banker buddies, after all Goldman Sachs, Obama's 2nd largest campaign contributor, gave him $996,000, so $billions is a pretty good pay-off. And now Obama is offering $1.5 Billion for the millions of working Americans in foreclosure trouble. $700 Billion for a few hundred, $1.5 Billion for the millions.

the repugs like Palin are just a distraction, just like Clinton and the blue dress while he was raping us with NAFTA and GATT.
