and all his other perks, like paid for by the government, excellent health care?

3. I'm sorry, you seem to be confusing...
What a republican says with an actual argument. All these things that they say are like a "connect the answer with the question" test. There are these things, and republicans just pull them out to attach to whatever they want to do as a justification. The mistake is easy to make - that the answer does, indeed, have something to do with the action they desire. It's like this:

Q: Prayer in schools?
A: Morality

Q: Sex scandal (democratic)?
A: Personal responsibility

Q: Sex scandal (republican)?
A: Freedom

Q: Torture and other war crimes?
A: The sky is blue

Q: Cut funding for schools, vets, infrastructure, unemployment?
A: Fiscal responsibility.

Q: Spend trillions killing people?
A: Tough on crime.

These are just things to say, not meant to have any actual relation to reality.
