How would Bunning, Boner, McConnell, Bachmann, CANTor, react to or deal with..
news of a national strike of American workers.

Imagine the blank look on their face when they heard the news.

Strikes make our so called 'leaders' listen.

Google "strike".

Americans have forgotten the meaning of that word.

Learn the power of that word.

Nothing will change until we learn the power of that word.

National strikes bring change.

Politicians don't.

1. Oh, please, we all know how they'd react
They'd be snarling into every live microphone they could find nonstop every day the strike went on calling for the National Guard to be called out and workers dragged from their beds at gunpoint.

That's what they'd do. That's what they always do.

2. They'd demand, on all of their channels, that the military and police all start firing on us.
How DARE we stand up for our rights against our benevolent Corporate Masters!

3. It would get scant news coverage.
The protests to the Iraq war were some of the largest protests in the history of this nation. The media took a few pictures and ignored it for the most part. The Tea party revolt was miniscule and pathetic by comparison and they gave it months of attention.

I would love this if it worked. I will work for it if we can organize. I will organize if I called on.

But I am not hopeful.

4. March 20th is the next one.
We'll see how easily they'll brush it off while giving the Tea Klux Klan 24/7 UTTM coverage.
