She has had her third brain aneurysm. Her first two were when she was 22 and then 30. She is only 45 now.

I'm very worried. Her respiratory status is poor. She is getting additional respiratory support through ambu-bagging even though she is on a vent and getting PEEP. Her skin is so dusky. The CT showed a massive brain bleed. Trying to remain hopeful.

My youngest is taking his goddam TAKS test today. I don't want to tell him about his aunt dying, only seven months after her faher suddenly died.

Husband is planning ahead for their mother, who shares a house with his disabled sister. My nerves are fried.

the hospital right now with a gastrointestinal problem that has left her on pain meds, and frankly, I can't handle being her support right now.

FWIW, my Mom nearly died of an aneurysm, but lived thirty years after successful surgery.

12. Sadly, my husband was barely able to muster a hug for me

when I was crying. He's been this way for awhile, even before his father died last year. I'm hugging my kids alot and staying in touch with friends via phone and email. But my best friend is sick in the hospital right now, too.
