4. Yeah, "up or down" versus the misuse of the term "nuclear option"
Republicans are FAIL.

5. How much you wanna bet the majority in this country will see the repubs doing the right thing
and the Dems "ramming it through"?

Yes, I know what you're saying and I agree with your sentiment. The Dems, however, will get an ass kicking for this.

7. As stated on Sunday morning shows, people forget almost immediately after a bill is passed
If people don't like what they get they may complain, but there are some good changes that occur immediately that should help.

8. The majority of the American people have the memory of a kumquat.
It will never work against them.

11. Catch phrases only work if you're a Republican.
Dems never do a good enough job of pushing the message and putting Repubs on the defense. We never have message discipline because we never have any party cohesion.

When Repubs use catch phrases the media lets the catch phrase set the tone for interviews and round-tables. When we use them, the media rolls their eyes and says "Are talking points and catch phrases all you have to offer?"

13. Mind if I join you in the laughing section?

I expect several million of my closest friends to be showing up soon.

Also expected: thawing out more Republican buzz-phrases for their feast of Corneille à la Cliché*.

15. If the MSM mentions it only once or twice, it never happened.

17. Too sweet 3/3/10 Fox News' Megyn Kelly
So are the democrats going to pass Health Care Reform with just 51 votes instead
of the normal 60? She kept talking on and on about "the nuclear option" and that
a simple majority vote in the senate is something sinister.

I know I shouldn't be watching Fox but after hearing the Obama and the Dems are to
pass reform with a simple majority I just had to watch. Although I did turn it off when
Bernie Goldberg showed up to say that Obama was going back on his word about
trying to work w/ the republicans.
