EEOC investigating clothing company Hollister for firing female Muslim employee for wearing hijab

I found this story on my local ABC station's news section: A 19-year-old Muslim woman from San Jose identified only as "Hani" has filed complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission after she was fired by clothing company Hollister. Management was lenient with her wearing a headscarf when they hired her, as long as said scarf fit in with the overall colour theme. However, this month corporate human resources said that hijab didn't fit in with the company's self-image. So the debate is between religious discrimination and a business's image preferences.
