I really do hate posts like this one
But if the administration flip flops on civilian trials, I'm done. That's the last straw for me. This will be one former max-out donor who will be off the team.

1. Obama advisers set to recommend military tribunals for alleged 9/11 plotters
President Obama's advisers are nearing a recommendation that Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the self-proclaimed mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, be prosecuted in a military tribunal, administration officials said, a step that would reverse Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr.'s plan to try him in civilian court in New York City.

The president's advisers feel increasingly hemmed in by bipartisan opposition to a federal trial in New York and demands, mainly from Republicans, that Mohammed and his accused co-conspirators remain under military jurisdiction, officials said. While Obama has favored trying some terrorism suspects in civilian courts as a symbol of U.S. commitment to the rule of law, critics have said military tribunals are the appropriate venue for those accused of attacking the United States.

5. That's what he gets for keeping bush people around.
He doesn't have to listen to them, though.

2. Prepare to be accused of never supporting the administration.
Prepare to be handed a wheel-barrow full of excuses.
Prepare to be told it is out of Obama's hands.
Prepare to be told NO ONE could do any better.
Prepare to be denigrate as not remembering what it was like under repukes. Why are you working FOR THEM?!?!?!

But, I am with you. It has been a series of missteps, mismanagement of the message, lack of conviction and constant capitulations.

6. Holder studied law under the lead US prosecoutor of the Nuremburg trials...
he'd better go the mat over this or we'll KNOW the fix (i.e. ignoring the Constitution and the rule of law) is in.
