Hate to say it, but Rove's anal-retentive qualities are quite good, he is very experienced at
creating database heaven of the smallest details of vote trends.
I have copies of his stuff for the 2004 election. EVERY precinct for EVERY county for EVERY state, reams and reams of numbers and % of voters, predictions sliced and diced a dozen ways.
I have not heard of anyone who spent that much time and money and detail on elections and issues
as he does.
And he has not stopped for one second, is still at it.
Just wish he were a Dem.
