Your Least Favorite "Democratic" Senators?
Edited on Fri Mar-05-10 08:58 PM by Ardent15
Lincoln?

Bayh?

Baucus?

Nelson?

Feinstein?

Landrieu?

Dodd?

Someone else?

Lieberman doesn't count, because he's not technically a Democrat anymore.

My least favorite is probably Lincoln.

Unbelievably quiet and unreliable.

7. If you're unreliable, it's best you're quiet.
N'est pas?

Except for ex-Dem Lieberman, I don't have strong negative feelings about any Democratic senator.

I think Evan Bayh is the most shallow senator I've ever seen but he's looking great now compared to his probable Democratic replacement.

Not that they are great but Cornhole and Hutch are so bad that these look good.

8. Nelson.
Based on cosponsorship of bills he is more to the right than any other Senate Democrat - and more than many Republican Senators.

9. Has Arlen Specter really been that much of a friend
in the long term? Other than a few votes after he flipped parties, has he really backed progressive causes?

11. I think the whole Senate is screwed up.
As a body they do nothing more then move to the right or middle and slow everything to a crawl. I know, I know, that's how it was set up, but it's nothing but a House of Lords to me.

Give me the People's house!

But looking over the list, it's hard not to hate Baucus.
