The President was in Montco PA rallying the troops today, when he stops rallying the troops he either has the votes, or he has given up.

The March recess is in 9 days. After the recess, it becomes more difficult to pass a bill.

No argument on merits of the bill, just my simple observation.

nor is the reconciliation bill. The CBO will be massively wrong and nobody in the house is foolish enough to believe the Senate will do the right thing.
