A weak Public Option will become a strong Public option quickly. |
|
It will be a catch all for all that quit jobs, move, etc. and aren't too poor. So I'm hoping DennisK will realize this and compromise for the House Version and be the deciding vote for HCR.

1. is he saying he won't vote for it w/o a strong PO? I've noticed a lot of |
|
pissed-at-Dennis threads, but haven't read them. Did he say something that spurred this wave?

4. He told Lawrence O on Countdown that he could only vote.. |
|
for HCR if it had a strong public option, even if he is the deciding vote.

5. Thanks -- I've been out of the loop. Although at one point a while back I |
|
may have agreed with him, I've since become more pragmatic and as so many have indicated, I don't want to lose the good in pursuit of the perfect (or however the saying goes). :hi:

3. Very true...it will evolve as republicans know & fear...people will love it |

and the public option will absolutely become stronger, just as Social Security & Medicare got stronger and better as time went along than the original bills and people came to like them very much and depend on them...
One major reason insurance corporations and their paid lackey's the slimy lying greedy republicans, and they are doing everything to try and stop it....lying and fear tactics every step of the way.
