Excellent Q&A article on how the budget reconciliation process will likely play out, re HCR

It sounds like it could be get very ugly and messy. Interestingly, Alan Frumin, the Senate parliamentarian will likely play a very important role. I suspect he is going to get lots of attention and pressure from all sides as this thing moves forward.
