1. Narccistic personality disorders, psychopathology, rich fucks deciding to
conquer the world with their hubris and fortune,

Religious zealots plotting a 'christian nation'

out from under logs and swamps and the sewer that is the Capitalism Unbound society we live in....

5. Do they act normally until scandal breaks out? How do people not notice
the batshit insane tendencies?

8. We live in a consumer culture - if the candidate hits the talking points for their
respective party-- guns and abortion, and socialism - they can be voted in without a thought on the part of the consumer, just like a nationally advertised brand of dog food or beer.

2. When I was a page for the Ohio House back in the 1970's ...
BTW, Ron Klein, the newest congressperson from SouthEast FLA, was a page with me...

There was this guy who would bring his banjo to committee meetings and start playing if he didn't like what was going on...

He was very eccentric, very conservative and his people loved his antics.

3. Honestly - to say that I am one of the 538 people who should make
the decisions for the 300 million people in this country would be an act of hubris and ego beyond what any person can have and still be deemed normal

4. Other nuts back them and vote for them.
Also, how about the dumb ones? A combination of both makes our government an insane asylum with inmates that can't even tie their own shoe laces.

6. That's an excellent question
And they all still get all all resentful and demand apologies if anyone questions them and they accuse that person of disrespecting them.

It seems there's plenty of perverts and idiocrats in office. It makes me wonder if it's always been like this and we're just now finding out about it.

7. Palin, Blago and Massa are out of office.
How in the world did they get there? Might want to read some quotes from P.T. Barnum.

9. We could probably do no worse
by using a lottery system to select random citizens for public service.

Start voting for quality third-party candidates and maybe government won't be polluted with so many freaks.
