Kucinich is not ineffectual
Apologies for another Dennis thread, but seriously....

So fucking what if he hasn't gotten many of his bills passed? I'd taken an "ineffective" Congressman who stands on principle and isn't beholden to special interests against an "effective" Congressman who manages to get many bad ideas through Congress.

And that's what most of our Congresspeople are-politicians who are bought and paid for by the people with the big bucks.

Keep in mind that we've only had a Democratic Congress for 4 of Kucinich's 14 years in office-and most of the Democrats are spineless moral cowards who give in to pressure from the corporate interests.

No, Kucinich is not God. He's just a good person, unlike most of the crooks in Congress.

1. Good luck convincing the apologists.
Since the leadership they so blindly follow with panting appreciation sucks, they have to try to drag down the truly good ones.

Its not easy being an evil genius plotting with the right wing to bring Armageddon down upon the country (I'm pretty sure thats what Ive been reading about him lately).

11. it's just incredible -
if this was happening under Bush's presidency, the same Obama apologists would cheer Kucinich on. But, now....not so much.

5. ah, standing on principle as the world passes you by. Quite the luxury. If he was a leader
he'd find a way to move things forward.

He isn't.

whole purpose is to grandstand for the left. When my district had Bob Ney for our Representative he would always put up a big fight supporting labor when he knew damn well there were plenty of Republican votes on an issue. But when his vote was necessary for the Republicans he would always vote against labor. Kusinich does whatever it takes to get on TV and pander to the far left wing just like Ney did.
