Poll question: Do you use the word ''corrupt'' when you write politicians about the health care reform bill?
I do, but I try not to make it seem like a specific personal insult, more like, ''If the final bill doesn't contain a strong public option like Medicare buy in, it will not be seen as pragmatism but as CORRUPTION since all analysis shows the public option will save more money, cover more people, and is far more popular with the public than the current bill.''

I think they need to hear directly that we don't buy the bullshit that they tell us and that there will be a price for ignoring the will of the people.

Do you say that or just pretend they are misinformed or ideologically off base?

3. how has friendly persuasion worked out? We need to let them know this is not a philosophical
difference. They are not choosing the best nor most popular policy.

A public option is even popular in the states of the Blue Dogs and DLCers, so they have no fig leaf to hide behind, leave their corruption hanging in the wind for all to see.
