Attorney General Holder's big test coming up

Lehman brothers, the accounting firm Ernst & Young, and all of the executives involved in corporate finance need to be formally investigated, and if the report is accurate, charged with fraud and violations under Sarbanes-Oxely. There is now a smoking gun after a formal investigation. If the US Justice Department establishes the report is accurate, there is no alternative but perp walks and the corporate death penalty for the accounting firm Ernst & Young.

If Attorney General Holder is unable to refute the claims in this report, and fails to indict, he should be impeached for failure to uphold the laws of this country.

A lot of very good and innocent people have been hurt very badly by the actions of a few on Wall Street. If the report is accurate, there is a smoking gun of illegality and justice demands trials.
