Democracy Demands a Vote
We are hearing from both sides of the majority leadership in Congress that the party is sympathetic to the public option but it cannot be considered because it doesn't have the votes. How can We the People, make an informed voting decision next time if we do not get a definitive answer from those who occupy the seats of Our power, what they are doing with it.

Speaker Pelosi: You have spoken clearly of the bill you know the People want - Submit the bill with a robust Public Option - We demand the right to be informed when we go to the polls next November! Anything less could reasonably be construed as a coverup of those misapplying the authority delegated by the People. It would be nice to put the Republicans on record too.
