Grrrrr...Dems inability to counter false claims

Unless I'm totally misunderstanding the process, there WILL be an up-or-down roll call vote on the HCR on the FINAL bill. The Repukes are doing very well promoting the false impression there will never be an up-or-down vote if they use the "deem and pass" portion of the process to get to the final bill. I've seen bumbling and stumbling Dem responses including from Gibbs at press briefing. Don't they know how to defuse this false impression. Grrrrrr

and an hearing a teabagger nutfest. Each repuke is repeating the same false claim over and over again, with only a smattering of refutation from informed Dems.

Um, let's see, we don't want the Republicans to use "Oh, you voted for the Nebraska cornhusker deal before you voted against it." so we are doing the deem and pass procedure first.
