Anyone else sick and f'ing tired of the "American Petroleum Institute," ads?

Always some "average Joe/Jill" bitching about energy taxes killing them. They play these things over and over during sporting events and local news where I am. "Taxes are just wiping me out!" "How much should I have to pay???"

Hmmm. How about lowering the profit margins assholes, then maybe people could actual heat and cool their homes without having to eat cat food, hmm?

How much money do you think they spend trying to brainwash the country?

Anyone have any figures on the cost of these "real folk" mind fucks?

1. NATIONALIZE the oil industry . . . should have been done in the 40's/60's . . .

FDR wanted to do it -- checked with LBJ on it who was against the idea !!!

JFK ran on the 1960 Dem Platform which called for nationalizing oil industry --

he was also doing away withoil depletion allowance!
