For nearly 20 years I have been admiring his work, and far and away, he is the best political cartoonist in the world, period.

I may find I recognize their work, just not by name. My familiarity with Horsey comes from having subscribed to his home newspaper for so long and having a comprehensive and well-honed impression of his oeuvre.

I re-read my post and admit to a bit of hyperbole. I will (slightly) revise and say, Horsey is my favorite, and among the very best of those I know from the craft. :-)
