Karl Rove's Book, our Protest Record and how we bummed out his Book signing (and how you can help!)

Well, here goes.

My name is Conan (Hi Conan!), and this is about Karl Rove: Courage and Consequence (unabridged audio), bear with me if I have a couple HTML editors, still figuring out the formatting.. Sorry, long time reader, 1st time poster.
I'm gonna get all press release on you, and then get all conversational, so bear with me.

On March 9, 2010, Karl Rove, "Bush's Brain". released a self-aggrandizing contrivance of his political past, "Courage and Consequence," in all of its hard-bound, chicken hawk glory.

On March 3rd, 2010, a coalition of up-and-coming rock bands released an anticipatory sonic recollection of the gross misdeeds attributable to Rove over the past decade, "Courage and Consequence: The Unabridged Audio," in all of its aggressively righteous indignation.

On March 14th, we had our own (and much more enduring) Mission Accomplished moment when a fan of the project was able to bring our record face to face with Turdblossom himself, Karl Rove, at a paid book signing in Lancaster, PA.
A quote from the fan about the meeting:

“I see him (Karl Rove) scanning the back. He is reading it and he mouths the words "biggest asshole" and looks down and reads out loud 'work of satire'. His smile disappears.”

The stated mission of this project was to bum out Karl Rove – because he is a horrible human being. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Our small grassroots project was made with donations totaling less than 1/8th of the speaking fee that Karl Rove gets for spreading his lies and hurting America.

So let's say you think this is awesome and want to help? There are many ways to do this.
You could go to: http://karlrove.bandcamp.com and buy a copy (we're a few hundred away from breaking even!), you could download and listen to the record (it is actually quite good, if I do say so myself). You can post to twitter and facebook, REDDIT and DIGG (all on the site: http://www.karlrovebook.net) maybe give me a good tip for a review source, media outlet that might be into covering it, etc.
Anytime you mention that awful human being Karl Rove, you can link to our website to help googlebomb him, etc.

Rove has the VRWC and millions behind him, i have people like you.
And as many "official sounding press releases" as I write, as many awesome places these go, they are still being packaged on my kitchen table and sent out with whatever I can afford in postage every day.

The guy is trying to push the Overton window of Bush's legacy, it's pretty transparent.

I mean "Courage and Consequence", that isn't an accident.
Anyway, we wanted to target the man behind the curtain, so to speak.
since he's still very active in politics, has a show on fox and should be hanged for treason not going on book tours.

5. Anyone that didn't know that Rover

had a book out is completely out of it and probably can't even feed themselves. That asshole has been all over the place.

Anything that can be done to push that pricks face into the pile of shit he left behind is doing a damned good job.

Even if it's just reposting this on facebook or twitter, or uprating on reddit or digg.
It takes about 5 seconds and it helps the ultimate goal of being a thorn in that jerk's side.
There's a lot of signal to noise to get over and it's been almost entirely pushed by rock 'n rollers so far*, which is a very limited and somewhat hard to motivate group.

*Big shout outs to Mike Malloy, Huffington Post and a few papers though.

I could sit here and pick apart why that statement is ridiculous, but there is no point.
I will say this, you are giving me a lot of credit here, and for that I think you, if I wielded that kind of power, I wouldn't be worrying about breaking even on the (excellent) comp LP that you have thus far completely ignored.
