Can anyone direct me to an unbiased analysis of the implications of HCR for immigrants

both documented and undocumented? I'm writing a chapter on Mexican American health, and I wanted to include something about the implications of current reform. I've been googling, but everything that comes up has a pretty heavy partisan slant to it (no surprise).
