Doubtful about the "reform" in the health bill... |
|
After hearing Dylan and Dean say yesterday that this is not a reform program, I don't know if I should be happy or not.
Dylan talked about the insurance company stocks going way up. I don't understand how that could happen with all the restrictions they'll have on them.
Dems say they will work to improve the bill...so I wonder if our "joy" is premature. Lots of trouble ahead from the Reps and the Court.

It's not a reform bill, it's an insurance company bailout/welfare bill. It's amazing to watch Obama and congress try to adopt GingrichCare, since forcing people to buy for-profit, unregulated insurance was Newt's idea in the first place.

2. Its pretty easy to understand |
|
The insurance companies get 30 or 40 million customers forced to buy their high priced policies, guaranteed by a trillion in subsidiaries of US taxpayer money, without lowering the cost of health care by 10 cents. Its a bonanza, why do you think those insurance companies with all the restrictions are shoveling money at the dems?
Stocks are up because they have new customers and nobody can still afford to go to the doctor, but they have insurance.
Like I always say, follow the money, it doesn't lie.
