Is there a means test in the healthcare bill?
OK, I have pre-existing conditions, I have a small amount of income from a rent house. I have very little in income but I have much more in illiquid assets than someone on the poverty level would.

So my income is poverty level--would I have to sell of my assets (which I refuse to do) to get ANY coverage?

Anybody know?
