So, if HCR passes on Sunday, how long before Orly Taitz is filing nuisance suites to stop it?

After all, facts, reality and even rational thought doesn't seem to be a factor to her or her suporters, and this IS all a communist ploy, after all...

I realize many of you have valid objections to HCR as it now stands. But you have to agree that the teabagger/birther objections are not based on anything as inconvenient and ephemeral as "data".

I'm just salivating at the prospect that Orly will be prominent among them, though. It will blow the public credibility of that side completely out of the water.

11. there will be credible objections raised in federal court from several states
and I dont think that the mandate portion will survive a Supreme Court test
