BUZZFLASH GUEST COMMENTARY
by Chase Whiteside and Erick Stollof New Left Media

New Left Media put together this amazing video what may be the final anti-healthcare reform rally in Washington:

Their fantastic juxtaposition tea party and circus is brilliant. Here's what they had to say about the event:

3. Not one could come up with anything in the bill. Their
opposition is fed by their ignorance.

4. I had to stop watching. The stupid, it burns!
The interviewer asked quite a few people one simple question: what part of the bill do you oppose? The teabaggers couldn't answer that.

IOW, "we hate the bill but cannot tell you what we hate." OR...they say they oppose "the whole bill" even though they have no fucking idea what "the whole bill" is. Essentially, Rush, Hannity, Beck, O'Reilly and Palin say it's a bad bill (even though THEY don't know what's in it either--remember, Palin's the one who came up with the idea the bill has euthanasia provisions in it) so the teabaggers think it's a bad bill.

On the other side of the aisle, liberals don't like the mandates, or the failure to control health premiums, perhaps the ability to cross state lines or whatever. But at least we have a REASON to dislike the bill; they dislike it because it exists. I loved the guy who said the government couldn't do anything right. He probably supports the troops, thinks the military is just doing a bang-up job and they can do no wrong whatsoever. (At this point you're asking "how did he segue from healthcare to the military?" It's this guy: he thinks the government can do no right, but who owns the military? I assure you it is not the Boy Scouts.)

6. Lets see the goberment can't do anything right except give them SS checks, medicare and run the
military, but everything else is in the crapper because of the goberment. Glen Beck has 9 commandments that gives america principles but look the other way when Beck ignores them because he is fair and balanced. Fox news is best because it provides them with information that matches their view points so they are the free thinkers and by Getting information that reinforces preconceived ideals they have based on what other people have told them about everything about life proves they are free thinkers.

At the same time they never read the bill because it's 2000 pages long so they let someone else read it for them then tell them whats in the bill so they know it's a goberment take over of their rights which the goberment can't do even though when * and the R's declared they didn't have to follow laws of the land these same people didn't utter a peep about them destroying the peoples rights. The USA was working fine right up to Jan. 20, 2009, then on that day the economy crashed and people lost their jobs.

Oh and we are the kool aid drinkers not them because we want HCR passed, though we know that this bill doesn't go far enough to cure the problem, most of us see it as a start based on our reading the bill ourselves, gee what a concept reading something before voicing an opinion. They on the other hand let Fox news and Glen Beck tell them whats in the bill giving them this scary view of goberment take overs of rights they already gave away by letting insurance companies decide for them what treatments their doctors can give them. But none of these things are anything like what Jim Jones did to his followers, nope it's us that are drinking the kool aid because we researched what we are being told instead of letting Fox tell us what our opinions are.

Ok where are the big butterfly nets and men in white suites?

7. Hilarious!!
Then again, i am still against this version of the bill due to the mandates. Sadly, these fools think this is "socialized." It's not..its a complete giveaway to the corporate insurance industry. Too bad there's no one protesting these things.
