Arrest made in Wal-Mart racial announcement incident
http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/03/20/walmart.racial.remark/index.html?eref=igoogle_cnn

(CNN) -- Police in New Jersey have made an arrest in connection with a public address system announcement at a Wal-Mart store telling "all blacks" to leave.

More details are expected to be announced later Saturday.

Gloucester County prosecutors say that shortly before 5 p.m. on March 14, an unidentified male accessed the public address system at the Turnersville, New Jersey, Wal-Mart Supercenter Store. "All blacks need to leave the store," the voice announced. Store management contacted the Washington Township Police Department, which opened an investigation in conjunction with the county prosecutor's office, according to Deputy Police Chief John Dalesandro.

4. Yes, in the forum they are going to post something in.
I don't think checking for duplicates means checking every forum. Some folks hang out mainly in one forum.

I don't see a problem here.

8. Some of us to the far west weren't up 2 hours ago
It's round.

Reposts aren't all bad unless they're made in LBN and within the hour.

As for the arrest, I sincerely doubt charges will stick. It's some manager's punky kid and the cops will scare the hell out of him. Then his parents will take over because he threatened their jobs.

10. Arrested for what?
Not that I approve of what this idiot did but is there a law against making unauthorized announcements on the WalMart intercom?

11. I am not a lawyer
but it seems reasonable to charge him (assuming it's a male) with inciting a riot. Those who are incensed over First Amendment rights being violated would do well to remember that it's against the law to shout 'fire' in a crowded theater.
