Post your predictions on tomorrow's vote right HERE.
I'll start with

Yeas-219
Neas-214
(Stupak decides to miss the vote in order to save his ass in the primary).

1. Pass. By how many votes is irrelevant.
Then it's time to start trying to get it fixed.

What worries me is that after it passes, the avalanche of truth comes, and we start hearing how much it's really going to cost, and what promises were made in order to garner the votes. After that, my worry is what kind of blow-back will happen in November. I think that if we pass this, and lose our asses in November, we'll be a long time trying to set things to right again.

4. One positive thing, because much of it won't be implemented for years, it
gives us a chance to demand changes before the store is given away. I hope Grayson's bill to allow people to buy into Medicare makes it out of committee. If this passes, it pretty much takes care of any abuses that could have happened without this fix. We need to demand access Medicare because we do pay into it. It would then be a matter of enrolling in and paying a premium just like for regular insurance. Those who don't want it don't have to enroll.

5. I agree with you. Except I think the Republicans, the Party that
will take over again in 2012 because of the HCR monstrosity and other things, will try to reverse HCR in a not so obvious manner. I think Petraeus will be the next President, which is not good for me, because I don't like the man. I'll be dust in an urn by then so it don't matter a great deal.

10. That would be an upset - and it would mean double voting by 3 Congressmen -
which is impossible.

And you also need to tell us if you think HCR would have knocked out Wake Forest in the first round.
