Pardon my inquisitiveness, but do we have the votes?

I haven't had a moment today except to care for family members. I have no seen or heard anything of substance and apparently missed Obama's speech.

So where do we stand? Does it look good?

if "we" means Health Care reform foes, all Americans should pray.
because it would mean that we are truly fucked.
