6. Rove vs Plouffe
Rove was brutal and very effective. He didn't let Plouffe speak for more than a minute after his opening. Anytime Plouffe spoke, he got out one to two sentences and then Rove was interrupting him. Rove broadcast that the Obama White House is "double-counting" the numbers, and in reality this would add $1.2 trillion to the deficit. Plouffe, every time he tried to rebut this lie, got interrupted.

Karl Rove to me is the quintessential example of what's wrong with American politics.

7. Yep, it's too bad that we didn't get Christiane on at least one...
of the main corporate-owned msm outlets today. From what I've seen, all of the hosts this morning have been neo-con Republican tools. This includes Faux (naturally), Meet The Press (naturally), and this guy on This Week who had Karl Rove on and David Plouffe(sp). This host allowed Karl Rove to completely DOMINATE this particular program section, and he (the host) completely interrupts before the Dem guests can make their points. David Plouffe wasn't given the opportunity to speak at all. That rude b*stard of Faux News (Chris Wallace), also kept rudely interrupting Rep. Wasserman-Schultz, and allowed that Sen. Reid to go on and on. Yep, the Repugs are feeling the heat, so they're allowing these media outlets to completely control this debate on HCR today on their morning shows.
