WASHINGTON D.C. – The man once held as a P.O.W. and tortured after his A4E-SKYHAWK jet was shot down during the Vietnam War has authored a bill entitled, “S.3081 – Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010” which thus far has been referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill outlines the process by which Americans may be held indefinitely, without notice of their Miranda Rights, and without ever being charged with a crime. Worse detainment of an individual according to the legislation is authorized by mere suspicion that the individual did or seeks to harm any asset of the United States government or any civilian target.

5. As a kid Iistened to adults tell stories about evil totalitarian
governments in "The East," and why atomic bombs protected us from such atrocities.

I would have never thought then that the evil east could mean the US Senate.

reproductive right used to mean something, Where backroom deals to sell out
the little guy were frowned upon and looking backwards towards actually holding
War Criminals responsible for what they did in OUR names is now somehow unpatriotic.
Don't laugh too loud.

Ya might just see President Obama sign this abomination into law soon.

K&R Cause I stopped laughing some time ago at those who said this would happen
if we kept allowing our parties leaders to lean towards the corporate right.

10. Hold on Folks... This is a terrific idea and is needed
We can start with the tea-bagger who spit on Rep. Cleaver and the nut job with the "If Brown can't stop it a Browning can" sign.

Freepers and tea-baggers can be the first sent to gitmo under this law. Just deserts and all.

:sarcasm:
