Luke Russert is reporting via mobile on Twitter that the Stupak 8 are meeting as we speak with the White House attorneys to finalize the language on the executive order regarding HCR and abortion.

There is to be an announcement at 12:30 p.m. EST.

He also says that the Stupak 8 would put the number at 222.

Russert's been updating hourly since about 6 a.m. EST at Twitter.

5. The presser and the release

of the executive order may be two different things, I don't know... I heard one of the D leaders on the news shows this morning, forgot which one, saying (implying? I do not remember the exact wording) that the decision about the executive order will be delayed until the last moment, which I took to mean that it will only be released if it is a MUST :scared:
