On this historic day this picture has me in tears

Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California holding the gavel used to pass Medicare Reform, walks across the street and into the U.S. Capitol after a House Democratic caucus as the House prepares to vote on health care reform in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, Sunday, March 21, 2010. Walking with Speaker Pelosi are from left, Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., and Rep. John Larson, D-Conn.

12. I'm very proud of Kucinich...
I was really upset with him when he said he would vote, 'No', but he was willing to listen and change his mind, recognizing that although this bill is far, FAR from being perfect, it is our first step, and the biggest step we've taken in my lifetime. I really respect that.
