Congressperson, defined.
A person, 1-of-435 house members , each with a 2 yr contract job, secured by bribed money, lobby slush funds, or bartered for votes cast.

Job requirements:

must have the ability to run quickly to the nearest "hot" mic.
must have "good hair"..real or otherwise..(republicans ..see Krylon spray tan)
must have the ability to twist viewpoints (previous pretzel-factory job , a plus)
must be able to spin strawmen into golden trojan horses
must be able to talk for hours on end, and yet say nothing that cannot be backed away from, no matter how impassioned the original tirade was.
