I've got liberals, women, blacks (Sharpton & Watts held a conference on racial health disparities not addressed in this bill just the other day)...

7. Thanks for such a forceful response.
Given that the Ring of Power has been strengthened over the past two decades, with the rise of the Upper One Percent controlling the candidates we vote for, the machinery that counts the votes, the Globalization of the work force so that jobs are overseas, etc, it is more of a struggle than ever to manage to affect meaningful change.

Obama punked us, and so the fact that so many of us rallied to put in "Change we can believe in" still shows that we try to have teeth. But it is hard when the Corporate Powers that be choose the candidates for us, and marginalize anyone like Kucinich, or outright kill others, like Welltone.

3. Any one who wanted a choice. And the only option that offers a choice is Medicare.
Those who wanted access to this avenue were thrown under the bus.
