5. I'm sure that the only way the HCR protesters would be arrested is if
they were wearing a T-shirt supporting a Dem position and were sitting in their seats quietly as invited guests of a Democrat. Otherwise, they could raise a fuss and scream "Don't you know who I am the spouse of?", and they'd be gently escorted outside ... but not arrested.
