The final Bill's vote should be very similar to the vote to accept the Rule.

This one matters.

On edit: There is a 5-minute procedural vote going on now, the vote on the Rule will follow, it will be a 15 minute vote when it happens. Very important and watch which democrats vote against it.

It says how long they speak and what if any amendments may be proposed and when the vote will take place I believe.
