3. Estimated to be around 10PM tonight. Pubs are dragging

everything out they can to postpone the vote, so it sure won't be before 10PM. I'me figuring on watching until at least 12 Midnight.

Even early morning hours. They also said the President would address the nation as soon as the vote is done. So I guess President Obama could speak at 2:00 in the morning.
