Requisite Randi Rhodes Roll Call
Edited on Tue May-01-07 02:12 PM by NightWatcher
Hey, if Malloy can get a thread here, why not Randi.

Who all is listenting to Randi this fine May Day?

http://www.therandirhodesshow.com/live/
Let us not forget…

- Turning the ship around and heading away from shore in order to get the sun just right for the jet landing photo op.

- Not releasing his flight suit straps in order to get that codpiece effect.

- Blaming the sailors for hanging the Mission Accomplished banner.

- Knocking the Mission Accomplished banner out of frame in the video on the White House site.

Dems will create some theatrics themselves this afternoon when delivering the Iraq Accountability Act to the White House for Bush’s expected veto.

Some very conservative “then and now” Iraq stats…

FLASHBACK: How the corporate media was falling all over themselves to lick chimp-butt at the time.

Psycho Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) says the media just made up the whole WMD thing. Wow.

Bush-inspired terrorism attacks were up 28% last year, deaths up 40%. Rock on, Chimpy!

War costs are already topping $500 Billion…see what else that could buy.

The Sunnis threaten to walk out as the Iraqi government remains useless and continues to collapse.

The Sunni extremist surge seems to be having more effect than the American one…
BBC News, Baghdad

As we told you a month ago, the GOP has it own withdrawal timetable: Labor Day.

Meanwhile, George Tenet can’t find a friend and he also apparently struggles with the facts.

As Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) floats IMPEACHMENT as an option to end the war, California Democrats pass an impeachment resolution targeting Bush and Cheney.

82 GITMO inmates have been cleared but not freed and Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA) moves to shut down this travesty committed in our name.

Also, possible new evidence in the 1974 Kent State shootings has inspired one of the wounded to push to reopen the case.

Alberto Gonzales delegated staggering hire and fire authority to the freaky little kids in his camp: Kyle Sampson and Monica Goodling. These little brats were running the US Department of Justice!

Speaking of Goodling, we now know that she ordered a document deletion after the investigation was already underway.

And today is “Law Day”. Ironically, Bush acknowledged it.

These stories, your calls and much more on today’s Randi Rhodes Show.

by another radio station. I really wish she would do some TV, like maybe "The View" when the network gets fed up with Roseanne.

9. she's often commented that she has a face for radio
but I think that she's cute.
There's nothing that I like better than a cute chick (or lady) with a social conscience.

18. I thought that's what I said. She looked very nice every time she
has been on TV like on Lou Dobbs and Paula Zahn.

12. I love that this was staged just off shore.
if the cameras would have turned around, we all could have seen the marina in the background.

Then the White House has the nerve to say that they did not create the "Mission Accomplished" banner. Sure, like a bunch of sailors were bored and did it on their own.

19. It was very heartbreaking to listen to her play clips from the way-back machine.
I remember when it felt that all was hopeless and that the republicans would rule us forever.
